-Enrollment in regular (non-company) classes at The Hargest Academy of Performing Arts is for the entire season August 1, 2022 - May 26, 2023. We understand there are conditions in which you may need to withdraw from classes during the season. Please see the withdrawal terms*, should the need to withdraw occur.

Instruction or rehearsal of non-company members is based on the number of people in the dance.

2 or more people in the dance or class:

This fee includes the studio rental

Studio is available for rental to all outside dance companies that need extra rehearsal time. Other studios can request master classes for their students only. Call for rates.

Level Testing

$15 per test

Fee is not included in any monthly fees.

You are allowed to test as often as you like, but payment must be paid in advance of the test.

Any class not having at least 5 registered will be canceled.

Any make up classes can be made up in lower level classes.

Weather cancellations will follow Williamson and davidson county school closings.

Registration fee of $30 due at time of registration for all students, except drop-ins and class pass students. Annual fee charged with enrollment each year.

3.5% credit card processing fee will be charged for competition and workshop fees charged on a debit/credit card. No extra fees for checks.

*WITHDRAWAL TERMS - Withdrawal from any classes not on a class pass (drop-in basis) requires at least 2 weeks notice before your next billing due date (which is the 1st of every month). If you withdraw on or before the 2 week deadline you will be charged 25% of the following month’s tuition and the student is allowed to take 1 extra class for the following month. If you withdraw within 1 week of the billing cycle you will be charge 50% of the following month’s tuition and the student will be allowed to take 2 extra classes the following month. If you fail to submit your withdrawal within the 2 week time frame you will be charged the full month’s tuition.

Credit cards are required to be kept on file to encourage tuition to be paid on or before the 1st of every month.

$15 Late fee will be charged to credit card on file after the 7th of the month.

$20 will be charged after the 15th of the month.

Returned checks for insufficient funds will be charged a $35 processing fee.
